The newest ski to come out of 4FRNT's white-room workshop is Eric Hjorleifson's Raven—a touring-specific ski built to handle variable conditions, but with all the chops to charge on uber deep days. With a drastically skinnier waist than the Renegade and Hoji, the Raven comes in at 102mm, and as a result boasts a quick and snappy 23m turn radius. The quick-turning tapered dual-radius sidecut will come into play when snow conditions become variable on steep, committing lines, making it a logical choice when you spend the majority of your season hunting those glory lines.

Like Hjorleifson, the Raven is as committed to the skin up as it is the ski down, and as a result it weighs in at nearly half the weight as its comrades. Utilizing the same revolutionary Hals semi-cap construction as the Renegade, this sidewall-less design provides more energy transmission to the edge when you lay it on its side. Reverse camber eliminates tip and tail hook that traditionally rockered skis have in deep snow, and provides a more predictable, smooth turning ski in powder.
