Service Course 70 XPLR Handlebar
Whether we’re racing across a county or riding fire roads on the weekend, the Service Course 70 XPLR gives us the deft handling and ergonomics we need for long rides on any surface. The XPLR’s sweet spot of a 5-degree flare with the 11-degree outsweep keeps the hoods more in-line with your wrists for long haul comfort. Where traditional drop bars force our arms inward, the XPLR’s 11-degree outsweep puts our wrists at a more natural angle in the drops. Like a solid stance for a push-up, the wider drop gives us more stability and confidence when riding at higher speeds. Lightweight and durable, the aluminum tubing can withstand your most creative route choices, and with 100mm of clamping area there’s room for light, bags and computer mounts aplenty.

Service Course xr 70 XPLR Handlebar
I put a set of these on my touring bike, perfect, they put your levers easy to reach, I set the hoods at correct height and drops are right there. I have shortish arms and not giant hands so their great. I think they will be awesome on my CYCLOCROSS BIKE and on a gravel bike, put hoods where they need to be and you don't have to reach a mile to get on the drops, like the shorter distance between the two (hoods and drops) cool

Is the width of this bar measured at the tops or at the drops?

Zipp's website says center-to-center, that'd be the drops. https://zipp.com/bars/service-course-sl-70-xplr/

It's at the tops.
