Good quality but size up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this to go with matching bib. It seems to run small comparatively to the size 7 bib. It is very fitted and shorter than I would have liked. I do love all the north face gear for my daughter especially for snow activities but would probably buy a size up next time. For reference she has a size 6t jacket and the 7 is just as fitted.

NOT waterproof
Unfortunately, this suit is not waterproof. My son is soaking wet after only 15 mins playing outside. On the other hand, very comfortable and flexible, not bulky.

love the color
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] got the 6-7 for my 4 year old who is very tall. Read the reviews and people said to size up since it runs small. He usually wears size 5t - I was already expecting it to be a bit big on him because i want this to last him at least two winters (grow out of their clothes so fast). quality is great only thing i wish it had adjustable straps at the bottom of the jacket to keep cold air from going in. I know even if he grows into it length wise, he is skinny so it will still be a bit wide for him.

I will buy this jacket again without a doubt.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chicago is known for its rough winter and cold days. She wears her jacket all the time she goes outside during winter time and it is her first choice igniting other winter jackets she has.

ALMOST perfect. Hood does not fit over ski Helmet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We looked at ALL the major brands for the perfect ski coat for our 3 year old son. There really aren't many out there that are truly designed for ski/snowboarding at this age. This was the only one we found that was insulated enough, waterproof, zipper pocket, and snow skirt. The only thing it is missing is room in the hood for a helmet. This is advertised as a snow sport coat. Every kid on skis or a snowboard at this age is wearing a helmet. Major oversight on NF part here. It is ALMOST the perfect winter sport coat.

New favorite kids coat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and I couldn't love this coat more! It came in her 2 favorite colors which happen to be bright enough to spot her anywhere on the mountain. The zipper area has a special flat pad built in which makes it easy for her little hands to zip up on her own. Most importantly, she is warm and dry without that bulky, constricted feeling that comes with most kids coats. Definitely a new fav!
