Sketchy step-down rails, huge backcountry jumps, and serious urban gaps are all fair game when you're riding the Switchback Ethan Morgan Combo Snowboard Binding. As the go-to choice for hard-charging freestyle phenom, Ethan Morgan, this binding offers a supportive, yet versatile flex so it can handle everything from halfpipes to street rails.
The Wrapback highback wraps around your calf for better leverage when you're pressing and a bit more support for heavy landings. It's also pre-rotated for better energy transfer when you're boosting side hits and carving around the entire mountain. The easy-to-adjust forward lean lets you crank the highback forward for extra support and response when you're shredding icy pipe walls. Bumper Corners are rubber bushings under the baseplate that not only absorb vibrations, but also allow the board to flex more naturally and prevent board breakage.
Looking to the binding's straps, you'll immediately notice how plush and supportive they are, thanks to their EVA, neoprene, and leather construction. Tool-less adjustable ST Pads absorb heavy landings and high-speed vibration for a much smoother ride without harsh feedback. Like all of Switchback's parts, the straps and base pads are fully adjustable without tools, allowing you to find an ideal fit, even when you're in the middle of a run.
