nice helmet but

terrible backcountry customer service. The helmet i ordered says it color is "bronco white" even looks white in the photo,The helmet comes and its clearly gray. i sent it back and messages backcountry that i shouldn't have to pay the return shipping. I got a messaged saying they received ny message and someone would follow up....no one ever did...i purchased from a different site..the helmet is pretty nice thou
