    Killer deal for warm socks!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size

These socks are so warm and cozy, but keep your feet cool as well. The magic of merino at a fraction of the cost. I never had a problem with my feet being cold, but going outside on a cold morning with these on surprised me with how warm they are. I also wear them in the heat of the summer with motorcycle boots to keep my feet cool. Definitely my favorite socks. Just wish they came in black like they used to.

    Great Socks!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: M/L

I like these socks a lot, especially for the price. They have good cushion on the bottom, are breathable, and feel quality made. I've been wearing them to the office, hiking, and running. I'll be buying more in the future.

    My go to Sock

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size

I can't tell you how many packs of these socks I've purchased over the years. I use these almost exclusively at my other job as an ER nurse. They are super comfy. And they wick moisture well phenomenally. My feet never get stinky or clammy. Merino wool is the way to go for socks. And stoic makes a great product for a great price.

    Favorite socks, favorite price!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Size Bought: S/M

I have been using these socks primarily for my first Utah season of winter running, and they have delivered! Even when my shoes get soaked, these keep my feet warm (I love wool for that), and they haven't shrunk in the dryer at all! The padding hits my feet in all the right places for running and protecting my bunion area from bruising against my heavy backpacking boots. I also love that they are snug around the arch! They are also super nice to wear to work to keep my feet warm in the office. I will definitely be getting at least one more set of these!

    Back for Another Round

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: Medium/Large

I had already bought a pack of these and loved them so much I came back for more. I wear these trail running and love the high coverage to protect my ankles against sticks, bushes, the cold, (and occasionally my other foot). Can't beat 3 pairs of Merino socks for sub 20 bucks!

I wear a size 10 athetic shoe and the M/L are right on the money.

Update: Just bought my 3rd pair.

    Good value for the price.

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I think these are great socks to have in the rotation. They are great value for the price. If you are willing to spend a lot of money on socks, Darn Tough and Smartwool are higher quality for sure. But these hold up and feel great. Wool is a great material!

    10 month Update!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size

After nearly a year, it's time to get more Stoic Merino Comp socks. I've put some serious wear into these (hikes, trail runs, etc) and they are starting to get the holes in the front. For the price and lasting me nearly a year, I plan to continue using the Merino Comp as long as they are made.

Add these as a stocking stuffer for xmas!

    Meh

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: Runs small

I bought some of these from SaC a couple years ago thinking they'd be a cheaper alternative to Smartwool.
They have worn out MUCH faster than comparable Smartwools I have owned. They have lasted about 1/3 as long. That said, they were decent when new, but shrunk more than expected.
I will say that having right and left socks is just stupid and pointless. It's a gimmick.

    Socks

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: True to size

I was looking for a new sock to wear around town or to work. These stoic socks are perfect for just that. I have only had them for about a week so I have yet to see how they hold up. But with the bottoms being thicker that your average sock I think they will last a good amount of time. And they are a comply.

    BEST!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size

These are the best socks! Save for a couple pairs of ski socks, my entire sock drawer is full of Stoic merino socks. So comfortable for all season use. Warm in the winter, but not too heavy for summer for me. The merino is naturally microbial as well, so I can wear them multiple days without rancid foot smell. Not that I would ever do that, though...

    Merino Loyalist

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size

You could say I keep things well-lubricated below the ankle. By that I mean my feet often get overheated and begin sweating during physical activity. For that reason I love the breathability and sweat-wicking ability of Merino. It's even better that these socks have a little padding to cover the abrasive spots without sacrificing breathability. These things get expensive, so it's great they were able to keep the price point reasonable.

    Steal of a deal

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit: True to size

Light cushioning on the sole is what sold me on these and I am not disappointed. Even using these normal days where I'm standing around inside, my feet really thank me for the comfort. For a 3 pack, the sale price of $12 is hard to beat!! If you're looking for some socks to re stock your drawer, look no further. These are amazing.

Hard to pass on pair for $15

    • Size Bought: M/L

Pretty hard to pass up on 3 pairs of socks for $15. These socks feel good against the skin and do my favorite thing in socks... stay up. This particular model comes up to right above my ankle.

After buying my first Stoic Comp socks I had to immediately purchase two more 3-packs. They are the most comfortable socks I own and the price is pretty hard to beat...especially if you can land these on sale or outlet price. If you can, get a bunch!
