Well made and good materials

When I pulled the jacket out of the box it was love at first sight. Good materials, is well made, has perfect length, and has nice weight. I tried it on and I confirmed everything I had assessed right out of the box. My issue and the reason is going back is that the sleeves are too narrow and they kind of squeeze my forearms. I will say they are narrow from the elbow down, but they have the perfect length for someone with long arms. I don't think going up a size will help as it will disproportionately compensate for the arms and add room everywhere else. I ordered a size S and I am 120lb 5"5 slim with a slim build. The funny thing is that it fits my shoulders just fine, but below the elbow is too tight and I don't have big arms.
