I'm 6'0" and weight around 175lbs and purchased an XL. Fit is killer, you/I could have gotten away with a large I believe but I don't like my upper jerseys and jackets fitting super tight/aero. I didn't wear anything under it but could easily have worn a jersey or base layer etc. The sleeves are spandex below the elbow so a long sleeve anything worn below/under it will bunch up in that area. This jacket/jersey is badass, I used it for the first time two nights ago and wow. Loved every bit of it. Comfortable, stylish X100, warm, breaths well. I'm usually an exclusive Rapha guy, this jacket blew me away.
