Good quality, but unfortunately too tight

This balaclava seems to be of great quality. It looks and feels very nice. Unfortunately it's way too tight around the nose. I'm a woman and I assume I have smaller head and nose than an average man, despite that it was painfully pushing on my nose when I tried it on. Bummer! I'd love to keep it, but have to return...

Yes I will buy this product again.

Love the feel and the breath ability. Only down side is I have to wait till it gets cold enough to wear it.

I've used it several times

The quality is high, the wool is very nice and unlike the synthetic balaclavas this one doesnt get stinky and gross. The mouth panel allows a lot of air to go in and out, which is notable, especially now since you have to wear these in the lift lines. Because of the mouth area, it takes a longer amount of time for it to freeze when going on long cold runs than other balaclavas. The only negative is that I wish it extended down a little lower below your neck. I hand washed it once and it isn?t as long as it was when it arrived new. It needs a couple more inches down there to be an excellent instead of a very good product as it is now.

Seems warm

I haven't had a chance to take this out on a cold day. It'll be warm to wear, and almost too warm for daily use, but I would trust this item if there's a day I need the extra warmth. My only feedback so far is that as a "one size fits all" item it's a little tight and stifling. I have my fingers crossed that it will stretch even slightly for a more comfortable fit over time.

Too small

"One size fits all" does not apply in this case. if you are male with a regular size head, you will not enjoy being in this head compression device. Returning.

Trying too hard???

The knitting on this balaclava seems highly engineered, unfortunately the area over the mouth is way to tight. Presumably it was designed to be more breathable, but it actually just pulls the fabric into your mouth. If they can fix that, it'd be great.

This made a wonderful gift.

My daughter, who hikes and runs in all weather, says it's great. Very warm.
