Poor Quality - Long Time Smartwool Buyer

I am very disappointed in this base layer. We like the Smartwool brand a lot. We have many men's and women's long sleeve and short sleeve shirts. This one developed a small hole on the upper front. It was only worn a few times and it was washed twice in Woolite, and always laid down to dry. The hole leads me to believe that this is a poor quality issue.

Their medium slim fit usually fits me well, but this was much larger than their other Smartwool “slim fit” sizing I own
