It’s perfect, just make it in a sling pack

Love it! Great layout, perfect size for fly boxes, a jacket or sweater, and a snack. I JUST WISH IT WAS A SLING PACK! Nothing else beats the profile.

Nice well thought out pack. It looks great and fits nicely under the helm. I like the way it fits and rides on my back. The only thing it needs is a second water bottle holder.

Freestone Backpack

Excellent backpack and I just purchased a Freestone Chest Pack to attach. Slightly unusual internal pocket with no zipper pull. Tight lines!

Great product

4.5 really. This backpack exceeded my expectations. It would be nice to have a sleeve for large and long handle nets, though that would interfere with the bladder system as it is currently designed.

Unusual zipper design..

One thing that I cannot understand, the zipper inside the bag is backwards therefore makes it hard to access the compartment.. Why would the designer do this? Other than that, the bag seems ok.. If I didn’t need it for my trip, it would be a return…

Nice But Could Have Been Better With Just a Few More Functional Features

This backpack fits nicely under the seat on the plane. Wish it had more accessories to strap on a rod tube outside. The pack won’t stand on its own which is a bit annoying. There is an internal zipper which is facing the inside of a “pocket” not meant for the user, although it can be used to slide in things. I wish the zipper had two tabs for ease of opening. This is an assembly zipper but the designer did not think the user could make use of it.
