Bad lacing, light weight
This boot has good traction for a wading boot. They are reasonably light. They are stiff initially in the heel collar but soften up, they have minimal padding. The eyelets are not reinforced, probably to save weight, and the loops of webbing used create significant friction on the lace and eyelet itself, causing premature wear. We typically break the laces and tear the eyelets out before the boot fails. We get about 150 days on the water before these boots need to be replaced. They seem overpriced but are lightweight.

Where’s the ankle support gone?
After running the Mens fly weights since they came out loving them and walking them into ground I updated my gear at the start of the season only to be Super disappointed in the womens boot. When i put them on they fit great and were super comfortable but as soon as i stepped in the river i felt like there was no ankle support! I realised that unlike the men’s boot the womens have a deep V cut into pull tab/ archilles area meaning you lose ALOT of ankle support. Really unsure why they’ve done this? Will be going back to the men’s boot next time.

W's Flyweight Vibram Wading Boot
The boots are terrific. Lightweight yet rugged. And finally laces that only need a tiny tug to snug up the laces. For future reference, I do wish there were a few more places for studs in each boot. Sill a fabulous bot.

GREAT Boots women's sizing
Great fit on this women's sized wade boot. I did, as suggested purchase one size up from my street shoe size to accommodate the neo bootie on my waders.

Crazy comfortable!
I needed a pair of non-felt-bottom wading boots for a New Zealand trip and the first pair I ordered were too large. The replacements came quickly, but without enough time to break them in before the trip. Not a problem at all – I put my flyweights on brand new with a pair of neoprene socks and was perfectly comfortable from the get-go, hiking miles through rocky riverbeds, crossing rivers all day long, wet-wading in total comfort. A fantastic product.

I bought these for wet wading. With most wading boots, I really struggle to find something that’s comfortable for the kinds of miles I hike to a fishing spot, then the duration of my fishing, too. Others either don’t offer any support, are too clunky, or too heavy. These have finally solved all my problems!!!! They fit so well and feel like a good pair of hiking boots. The vibram soles are also a game changer. My favorite wading boots to date! For wet wading, I ordered my typical boot size and they fit well with wading socks.

Great Boots except
I bought these boots in Wasilla, Alaska in 2020. I love the fit and comfort. I would give them five stars except the traction knobs on the bottom of the boots are peeling off. I noticed on a trip last summer. I use these boots 3 weeks each year in Alaska. At least half of the time is via drift boat or raft. The rivers and creeks that I fish are not rough on boots. The uppers look brand new. I've been trying to submit a repair claim but not sure it's working because there is no way to know if my pictures are actually being added the the request.

Great quality. Light weight. East to move around in. Would recommend these over more cumbersome shoes.

Light weight wading boots
Great product. Walked 12 miles and they didn’t feel clunky. Also, they’re quick to dry!
