Great looking jersey, but tight fit.

The Santini Tono Profilo Short-Sleeve Jersey is as nice as it is in the photos. I was informed that the Santini brand jerseys were cut smaller or slimmer than other brands (Castelli, Pearl Izumi, or Rapha) and that I should go up a size to get the right fit. I ordered an XL and had to return it for an XXL. Alexandra from Competitive Cyclist customer service was very helpful in assisting me in making the exchange.
