Sized way too big

This is a good-looking, comfortable shoe. I wear a Women's size 11, UK 9.5. Unfortunately the shoe I received is (according to the label on the shoe and shoebox) a Euro size 44. This is the Euro size for a Men's size 11. The Euro size for Women is 41-42. The return of the incorrectly sized shoe will cost $7.
