Extremely soft; Constant heel lift

I have been snowboarding for 23 years and this is possibly the worst designed boot i have ever ridden. Buyer beware this boot is sold as ‘stiff’ but is in-fact extremely soft. It feels like these boots have been ridden for multiple seasons and are wildly unresponsive. It takes a single day to blow them out and turn them into expensive slippers. These are basically a copy of the Vans infuse but done very badly and lazily. The liner tightening technology is absolutely atrocious as it does not attach to the boot shell so you will ALWAYS have heel lift. Actually the tighter you make your liner (thus making it smaller) the worse you make the fit… The eyelits on the foot are extremely slick so its very difficult to sinch your foot properly which is extremely important. Conversly the top eyelits are very grabby and do not allow the boot to naturally balance out. This creates pressure points and an overall uncomfortable ride. These boots were clearly designed by somone who had never been snowboarding before. Making a boot that is both too soft to snowboard in and wildly uncomfortable is actually very impressive…

All the features & great fit
Have a couple days on them so far & break in is coming along. Fit is top notch. Slim through the ankle, good hold with the harness. Toe box has a little height to it (which I am a fan of). I will say this boot at least starts out stiff. Will see where it ends up after a few days, but would say it's not as stiff as a Malamute, but probably a second in line for stiffness. Added powerstrap at the top is a bonus!
