Lobes Clarity Goggles with Extra Lens
A bluebird day can turn cloudy in an instant, and whether you're out in the backcountry or ripping the resort, clarity of vision is paramount. Give yourself a huge field of vision and any-day versatility with the POC Lobes Clarity Goggles. With Spektris mirror-coated lenses suited for either full or partial sun, and an included Clarity lens for low-light or overcast conditions, you're set with clear vision for any day on the mountain. A wider field of vision is achieved by a larger spherical lens and its outside placement on the goggles, letting you see more and giving you downhill safety.
The Lobes Clarity is scratch resistant for bumpy car rides and tight tree runs, and is also anti-fog treated to ensure that things don't get hazy when you start to work up a sweat. Triple-layer face foam on the frame keeps things comfortable, while the strap sports a silicone grip to keep your goggles firmly in place as you bound through powder fields and rip groomers all the way home.

- Familiarity: I've used it several times
These goggles honestly are my favorite goggle. Huge viewing radius.
and they are good looking.
During an overcast day, I was able to see what I needed to navigate.
Dope gear POC.
Great Clarity
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I have been using various forms of the Lobes over the past few years, and I've always really liked their fit. I picked up a pair of the new Lobe Clarity goggles this year, and I love them. The lenses really do bring a new level of definition on the hill, and they're fairly easy to switch out- it's great that they come with two lenses. POC lenses used to be a pain to switch, but they've definitely streamlined that process so it's not a hassle anymore. The anti-fog coating works well- there are obviously some conditions in which any lens will fog, and these are no different, but for most days these do great resisting the urge to fog up.
I baby these lenses- no fingerprints, and definitely no wiping the lens with mittens. I've felt that POC has a more sensitive lens coating than a lot of other brands, but they also offer really good clarity and protection. So long as you're just aware in how you handle them, they'll last you a good long while. One last comment that doesn't speak to any of the technical features- but the new POC logo on the band is great. I personally prefer the smaller logo vs. the big letters- it's minor, but it just adds to the sleekness of these goggs.
