very casual dress; runs a bit large

Only buy for outdoorsy, casual occasions; I thought I could wear to a luncheon, but it was really too rough and casual. Fabric is a bit scratchy; I wanted to wash it immediately but didn't because it actually ran big and I decided to return it.
