Stay dry keep warm
I used this waterproofing wax on my gloves. I was able to keep my hands dry while skiing and snowboarding. Dry hands, equal warm hands.

Excellent product - used it for many years
I have used this product of leather gloves and boots in Minnesota fall/winter for many years. Used on mittens like kinko makes them waterproof… and makes them work for many years hard use… chopping wood and all kinds of wet/cold work. I never bothered with wiping off excess… working will do that.

Keeps the leather gloves tough
This product Effectively Refreshed and waterproofed my leather gloves for ski patrol work. Liquid formula easy to apply. Worked well on those wet days where extra protection is needed. Large enough product size to share with the rest of the crew throughout the season. If not fully worked into the glove it can smear on your other clothing or equipment. Preheating the glove helped to get full absorption.

Great on leather gloves/boots
My first experience with this was using it to waterproof Kinco brand mitts. I have a pair that I use as belay gloves when ice climbing, and they're super warm and (thanks to the Nikwax) waterproof. They also make great inexpensive ski/snowboard gloves. If you pay attention at the resort, you'll see a ton of ski patrol and class instructors wearing them! It's easy to apply, just spread it around on the glove (be generous with it around the seams) and then melt it in with a heat gun or hairdryer, and it works incredibly well. You do need to reapply once a year or so, depending on your usage, but that's totally reasonable. Since then I've also used it on some of my older winter boots, and it's kept my feet dry.

Keep that gear fresh!
Renewing the waterproof on gloves and boots is an annual ritual. The Nikwax applicator makes this process so easy I can get through all my gear plus the wife's in an evening. Shake well and enjoy!

Mitten maintenance
Stuff rocks. I use this on my crabgrab gloves a few times each season and it works like a charm. Time to get a new tube!

Snow glove maintenance
I use the leather cream on my leather kinko mitts for snowboarding. Keeps them well maintained and is super easy to apply. I just put the mitts on and it’s like rubbing in lotion. Then I set them up on my drying rack overnight and they’re good to go! Can’t ask for an easier product and performs great.
