Zero chaffing
This vest is perfect for your long runs. Comes with 2L bladder and can hold two bottles on the front. Plenty of pockets for additional fuel. Extremely comfortable and does not chafe at all. I wear this shirtless and still does not rub or bounce. This will be the only best I buy again. I use this for anything over a half marathon and even in Ultra runs.

Great features, runs small
This pack offers very functional pockets for gels, phone, and food as well as a 2L bladder that works very well. I like that it’s vented and have worn it in 88 degree weather. Con: It runs really small. I’m on the larger side for distance runner (but within the sizing guidelines Nathan offers) and had to extend the velcro to the max settings and still can’t buckle the bottom chest strap. An “XXL” rated vest should fit a standard XXL shirt size person.

Nice vest except for bounce factor
Was looking for a way to carry water and a few small items without using my long distance 12L vest. Love the simplicity of this vest for hot weather runs where I need little else besides water. Easily customized fit using the velcro adjustments. Downside of this pack is the bounce when there is water in the bladder. This item could use some method to stabilize the water bladder. Moving the bottom chest strap higher up in the adjustment range helps, and the vest does settle in a bit better as I move into my run, but still does have some bounce. Haven't tried changing out the bladder for front mounted flasks. My 12L vest from another manufacturer does not bounce if I only use a full 2L bladder with nothing else, so there is a way to design a vest to eliminate bounce.

I am happy with it.
Overall it is good. I wish it had strings to better secure the bladder because it bounces around a bit. Once you learn how to adjust the velcro and the straps it fits well. The pockets in front are nice to hold bottles, phone, gels and such. The pocket in back is sizable giving the vest a lot of storage. The most difficult was initially opening the bladder. I could not figure out how to open it and was afraid to break it. Luckily I found a video on youtube, but this should be in the instructions or link to the youtube video.

VaporAir Lite 4L Hydration vest
I found the VaporAir Lite 4L to fit nicely. It kept my gels, phone, and hydration secure. Definitely helped push me thru 12+ mile training runs, and nice companion during a half marathon where the 1st water station was at mile 5. I would certainly purchase it again.

Great first vest, especially for hot climates
I’ve never worn a hydration vest before so I really had no idea what to expect. It took a couple runs to get used to it but now I won’t go on my weekly long run without it! I just moved to Florida a week ago so my last two long runs were in temps around 28-30 degrees Celsius and while it was covered in sweat, I think it could have been a lot worse. I chose this vest specifically for its breathability knowing I was moving here and I’m happy with the purchase. Two things to note though… 1 - the sizing is a little awkward as this vest is borderline too small. I’m 5”11 and weigh 73.5kg (162lb) and if I had to loosen the vest anymore, it wouldn’t fit. I got the XS-M. I considered returning it and getting the large but was concerned it might be too big. 2 - the bladder is pretty loud and sloshes around a fair bit. I listen to audiobooks on a long run so I don’t hear the noise that much but it is a little annoying running for 2 hrs with water sloshing around on your back. It’s better than being dehydrated though so I guess I shouldn’t complain. The vest does have plenty of straps to tighten it which is super useful and I find the pockets sufficient. On my run today I had my phone, a granola bar and some gels in one side and a 750ml insulated bottle full of poweraid on the other side. I would definitely buy it again.

Perfect for training
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Take size L/XL in the smallest fit fits me perfectly, really fits perfect 10/10. I don't like to use a reservoir, I prefer soft bottles in the front and these are a bit low but it can be solved 7/10. In the front you have two more pockets to store food that are quite useful 9/10. In the back a large pocket, it can be for a jacket and another medium zippered pocket to store some things that you do not want to lose 10/10. An important detail for me is that you need a zippered pocket on the front to store your cell phone or keys. I really think that it is a very good quality vest and very comfortable for training, I give it 8/10.

Adjustable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely light. It was very tight to start but I found that adjusting the Velcro in the back made it fit much more comfortably.

Storage space is nice, the fit just doesn't work.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally this hydration vest just didn't work for me and my body type. I typically run in hydration packs and wanted to give the hydration vest a try. There is a lot storage, which is a plus for me. But unfortunately I wasn't a huge fan of the fit.
