I use this device every day for my long, brisk walks. Easy to drink from; I take a sip or two and end up finishing the bottle, especially during these hot summer days, but it's not so much water that it weighs me down. I use the little pocket for a cotton hankie to wipe my sweaty brow. And I use the slip pocket for my Samsung phone, which is too tall to use the hood over it, but it still fits width-wise, so I can slide it in (with a bit of difficulty) and it stays in because of the tight fit. I switch hands every mile or so because while the added weight on one arm is okay, it's nice to give that arm a rest.

So sad, was hoping for better.

Loosens over time, bottle fell out while running, and sweet squeezing the water out is more difficult than it should be as well as leaking.

A trail runner's companion for those hot days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great water bottle. Compared to the soft-flasks on the market this one holds it's shape and fits in the hand nicely. Also it can protect your wrist in case of a fall , since it is pretty rigid. The small zipper pocket is great to store keys or id/credit card. The bigger pocket can accommodate 2-3 gels. The only down side that I found was that it was hard to drink the liquid nutrition out of it, as it seemed that the liquid was a bit too thick in order to make it through the valve.

Ragnar Trail lifesaver

I purchased this at the Ragnar relay trail race merch tent during the unseasonal sweltering heat and was so glad I did. Perfect and lightweight for this trail race 6 mile and 7.8 mile loops.

Excellent size and comfort

Fits nicely in my hand, easy to secure to my hand so I don’t have to grip it. Just what I was looking for!
