It's hard to argue with the tried and true, and Mountain Hardwear's Highball Pant is just that, with years under their belt to show you that they know their way around the mountain, how to handle adverse conditions, and effortlessly take you to both new heights atop massive peaks and down new steep and pow-laden bowls. With sealed seams and full waterproofing you can be sure to keep precipitation outside, while inner thigh vents allow you to expel moisture from within as well. For improved range of motion, the Highball Pants are cut with articulated knees so movement feels natural through fields of moguls, or throwing down new tricks on a backcountry booter. They are cut with Mountain Hardwear's regular snow sport cut, which allows room for layering so that you can harness the perfect amount of warmth for the day's conditions.

Nice Shell Pant
- Fit: Runs small
- Size Bought: L/Reg
- Height: 5'11"
- Weight: 205lbs
I've been looking for an shell pant that is what I would call a regular fit and these are it but unfortunately were a little small in the waist for me (5'11", 205lbs, 36" waist). I normally wear a large but these were tight but it may also be me getting bigger ?
I did not get a chance to ski in these pants but my initial impression is that it is a really nice pant even at the regular price. Not too baggy in the legs and lower cuff opening and the length even for the Reg. inseam wasn't overly long. My jean size is 36x30 and length on these was good.
If you are looking for a nice inbound resort pant these are it, I don't think you can beat the quality of these pants for the price !
