Warm, versatile and durable. RUNS SMALL

These were a great buy. They've been very reliable for me in the central Rockies, warm even down to ~0 deg. F. ***Take the following seriously:*** These run SMALL. I followed the measurement instructions on the size chart. It put me between a Med. and Lg. in both dimensions. The large was very tight, and after breaking in the XL is the perfect size. Heed my advice, and you will avoid the extra shipping costs I paid.

Good, but the gauntlet is too small

Very well built, very warm. My 3 stars comes from trying to wear them with my jacket. The gauntlet is too small to go over my coat, and too big to go inside of it. With some struggle I can get it to work both ways, but I was really hoping these would slide over my coat easily for easy on and off. They are a back-up only and get little use because of how cumbersome they are with my jacket.

So warm.

These are so warm and I love that I can zip my jacket easily. Sometimes I sneak my pointer finger in with the other three and it’s a comfortable fit for my hands. I ordered a S/M maybe could go down a size.. but feels good enough to keep

Lobster warm!

I have worn many gloves, I love the lobster mitten! Very warm and great dexterity. The only distraction is the Velcro flap over the wrist, I don’t find it has much function.

Fit is a little tight

Tried it today for the first time...seems warm but a little tight in the meat of the hand..could be a little roomier..let's see if I can get used to them.

Fantastic mitts but the sizing is way off

I bought these as a gift for my husband. I bought the largest size, but the mitts don't fit him at all - they are much closer to MY size, and I'm usually a S/M in gloves or mittens. It's a real shame, too, because otherwise I'd have given these mitts 6 stars for super design and excellent construction.

New Do-It-All Split Gloves

Besides the touchscreen capabilities which are poor, everything else about this medium-sized splitty is superb. Very comfortable. The lining stays in place. GTX does the trick. Waiting to put it through its paces in severe conditions. Hope to update again.

Thumbs Up

I bought these as a spare pair. I already own a set, and when those finally get retired (they're on season 3 of 80-day+ seasons, and looking like they'll go for a fourth year) I want to be abel to keep using the same awesome mitt. I love this 3-finger glove - super warm, very durable. My sole complaint is this: the large (my regular glove size) was too snug for liners. For the most part, that's not a problem, because the gloves themselves are cozy. But there were a few really brutally cold and windy days where I had to keep taking the mitts off to adjust gear, and my hands got cold outside the protective embrace of the split-mitt. It would have been nice on those days to have a liner option. For my replacement pair I bought extra-large, thinking that those would give me enough room for an underlayer...but the XLs don't seem to be any larger than the Ls at all. Still snug with no room for liners. But I still 5-star these crab claws, and I heart them, too.
