Why We Like The Chockstone Tight
The Chockstone Tight has all the tech of a climbing pant in a low-profile package, making it ideal for the minimalist climber. Its mobility-focused construction lets us nail dynamic moves, and reinforcements throughout keep the tight intact through rock abrasion and unintended impacts. Although it's made tough and stretchy for the climb, this tight is still a fun partner for alpine hikes and post-climb yoga sessions.

Uncomfortable material
The material of this tight is like a wet suit, not comfortable to put on. The medium size was to small. For these reasons I returned the Chockstone trail tights.

Tight and not like their other pants
I own probably 12 pairs of MH pants- all size small. My favorite style is the high waisted Dynama 2 ankle pants. I also own the stretchy athletic type pants, but these were way too small and the fabric was very restrictive. Very disappointed. The small was way too small.

Go For It! I did, and I LOVE em!!!
I am picky about my clothes, so when I love it, I really love it. These tights are the perfect black base to any wardrobe. practical, flattering, and comfortable. Most of my wardrobe is neutral with a lot of black, but try the other colors. I bought these in Black and the Dark Marsh Scattered Print which is a dark blue, and love both very much. Great for outdoors and indoors while being so stylish. Redoing my wardrobe and Mountain Hardware is a staple for me!

Favorite Climbing-specific Leggings
I've had these for over a year and I've used them for bouldering and both indoor and outdoor sport climbing and they are my favorite climbing-specific leggings. I've tried other versions from other brands that have extra reinforcement on the knees and butt, but I tend to find them imbalanced as far as fabric thickness, mobility, and style, and they also tend to snag on granite in the non-reinforced areas. These have the stronger fabric all the way up the front and back of the legs so that never happens. Having thinner fabric along the insides of the legs gives nice breathability and heat venting. I got these in an awesome black spruce color and I really like how durable, yet lightweight and stretchy the fabric is. They are comfortable all day, hold up great on real rock, and are super dependable while being a great thickness without ever feeling to hot, even on the most sweltering days. They are not 5 stars because, as other reviews talk about, the fabric does pill a bit, especially around the seams. I have one of those shaver devices for clothes so I can take care of the pilling, but it is a slight design flaw. I'm 5'8", 135lbs and I got mediums.

Bring back the old material!
Like others, this product was fantastic two seasons ago. Stretchy, didn’t slip, wonderful. Now the fabric has no stretch and I couldn’t get it over my hips. Horrible change. Should have listened to the reviews.

Love these pants
I love these pants. I have climbed everything thing in them from bouldering, sport, multi pitch, wide cracks and off widths. Yes holes eventually surface but for what I put them through I am always amazed they hold us as well as they do. I am on my fourth pair now and have yet to find a pant that is better. My phone just fits in the pocket but it typically will bust the seam at the zipper after half a year of that. 2 zipper pockets would be ideal.

Great fit but not durable
If you're looking for great fitting pants for curvy hips and a smaller waist, these are for you. I'd recommend light activities like walking. Do not expect them to last as described for climbing. They pill immediately. I have several holes from climbing. My first time wearing them, I immediately ripped two holes in the knees from kneeling on the top of a boulder. Don't take them crack climbing, they will fall apart.
