Finally, well fitting hiking pants for an athletically built woman!
I have tried and failed over the years to find a pair of good quality, well fitting hiking pants. Being a 5’10, 180 lbs, athletically built woman makes buying active clothes difficult. These pants fit well, even around my muscular thighs, calves and the curves of my hips and backside. I can move comfortably in them without them feeling tight in some places and baggy in others. I’ve finally found my hiking pants! Thank you Mountain Hardware!

Fabric Issue
I love, love, love the cut of this pant and have purchased two pairs. The issue is the fabric pills so badly that you do not want to wear in public. I returned one pair and kept one to wear hiking. Please change the fabric back to about 15 years ago!

Nice looking pant
I haven't worn this yet but out of the box it was a very nice pant of good quality. I am 5'5 128 pounds and I ordered the size 4. The pant is actually a bit big and I wonder if I should have ordered the size 2 although that seems like a pretty small size for me. I am going to keep it because I can singe the belt and being a bit relaxed, it will be good for hiking or wearing to work. I ordered the Darkest Dawn which seems to be a deep plum color which I am happy with.

Best Pant Ever
Best hiking pant I have ever worn. Washes beautifully. Hiked in wind and rain, stayed dry and warm. I have a pair in all three colors.

Best windy hiking pant ever!
Wife wore these in the Swiss alps during colder wet, windy weather. They were the best! Blocked the wind like a champ. Highly recommend for fall or spring hiking when the temperature drops but your core stays hot!

Very comfortable to hike in
These pants were extremely comfortable to hike in! They were cool even in hot temps. They were slightly big, I probably could have gotten away with a smaller size. ( I ordered a size 4). My only complaint would be that the pockets are too small. My Android phone barely fit in the thigh pocket.

Thought they were amazing until I wore them more than once
This is my first pair of mountain hardware pants. I work in construction, not full on manual labor but I walk a lot around site. After 3 wears they are piling a LOT in between the legs and even on the pockets. The quality is not there for the price, I’m very disappointed.

Great pant, runs large
Really liked the lightweight, stretch tech fabric and the pockets. Wish it would have worked but runs large. I’m a 27” waist, 36” hip and based on the sizing chart & past experiences I ordered the 2. My bad - Definitely needed a 0 for the lean look I was after, and unfortunately those are sold out. Great pant but size down!

Tall gals climb too!
I love these pants. They are perfect for everything! First wear out on a 16 mile hike- I was caught in a downpour and they resisted the rain until I layered with my rain pants over the top and these incredible pants- you would of never known they got wet. I’ve worn these in the rock gym and they performed perfectly. I’ve worn these rock climbing outside also fabulous. I bought a size 2 with a 34 inseam (I am 5’10 and 137#) in the Portland downtown shop. It was like finding gold. Please bring the 34 inseam back. Tall women climb too.
