AT trail NOBO in my Merrell boots

My 1st pair lasted 900 miles on the AT trail.Started Feb.in Georgia. On my 2nd pair 400+ miles in. Just passed thru "Rock Sylvania" aka PA AT trail heading north to Maine.

AMAZING

I bought these a week before my hike in CO they came fast . These have honestly been the most comfortable hiking shoes I’ve ever had. COMPLETELY water proof and the whole trial I was on was nothing but water and tons of mud they were out to the test and definitely showed up also true to size .

Performance, longevity and fit

Merrell moab(s) were the first and only hikers that I have ever purchased. I’ve tried on others but couldn’t get the fit I wanted. These feel ‘just right’ straight out of the box, with or without orthotics. As for performance and wear, this is my third pair in 30 years, worn for light hiking early Spring to late Autumn in Northwestern Ontario.

Favorites right out of the box

These boots are like my favorite old comfortable hiking boots right out of the box! I had never had a pair of these before and I’m so glad I purchased them. I can literally walk for hours in them without any discomfort. Merrell nailed it with this one!

Great!

Bought this pair after my little sister "borrowed" and "misplaced" my last pair of hiking boots. Took these on our trip to Wales and they were the perfect all purpose walking shoe, from walking up mountains to a casual walk through the woods. They were pretty true to size: I'm normally a size 5-6 in most shoes (e.g. women's 6 in Converse), and a 6 fit perfectly.

Comfy and dry

Super comfy and kept my feet dry even when I walked through streams that covered the laces! I have never really liked boots but these are great!

I bought these about 6 months ago to break in before a 3 week hiking trip to rainy Scotland. They were initially waterproof on hikes last fall. Today walking in the calf length dewy grass around my property my sock on the left foot is soaked through. My sock on the right is wet too but not as much. They are well made and holding up structurally otherwise but I bought these specifically to be waterproof for my trip. I have had Merrels before and loved them. These are my first pair that were said to be waterproof. Very upset😞

Great shoes

I’ve been wearing Meryls for a long time. I really love the color black and the blue. Can’t wait to get them. I just Ordered the blue ones For the last 30 years, I’ve been having to go to The shoe fits store in middle place .he had to do it build up for me on any shoe I needed since I had the surgery. I’m finally in a normal pair of shoes again without a lift.

My First Pair of Hiking Boots

I was worried about getting into hiking since I had reconstructive surgery on my foot. Getting these have saved my life and has made me be able to hike like I used to! They are comfortable and reliable. I have walked through creeks and been to several waterfalls. My feet stayed dry the entire time. I will be continuing to by Merrell for hiking boots now on.

Way too narrow.

So hard to find wide hiking boots these were so narrow.
