Poorly designed
The top is too tight and there is no way adjust it because of “slip in” design. The inside lining fabric is too coursw

Comfort
True to size, roomy toe box, cushy. This is the second pair I've bought. The laces are improved from the first pair I bought which is a good thing.

Bravado 2
I like the shoes. They fit tight but comfortable and are very lightweight. I miss shoes having a tongue as it’s easier to get them on

YAY, NO TONGUE SEAM INSIDE
YAY, NO TONGUE SEAM INSIDE!!!!! I have a bony bump on the top of my foot (base of the 1st metatarsal) right where the ridge of the tongues always rub, causing pain and redness. I know several women with this problem too and have recommended this shoe to them. Thank you Merrell! Please make more shoes like this!

Dog Walker
Comfortable from the first use. I walk dogs so go through many shoes and boots over the years. Merrell is the best fit and they last a long time compared to other brands. Love the sales!

Happy trails... indoors.
I have two pairs of Merrell hiking shoes. One pair, bought for a Colorado hiking trip five years ago, is still in rotation. Another pair, bought in Summer 2023 for a fall hiking trip in Avignon France, is also in use. Because these two pairs are so comfortable, I bought the Bravada 2 trail shoe for, ironically, running indoors during winter with some strength training. I wanted a comfortable toe box and lots of cushioning so I could ease back into running. I like the heel loop that helps you get the shoe on quickly. I also wear these when I travel because they are so comfortable. Bonus, they go well with my standard travel outfit of leggings.
