I love these pants. I was looking for a hiking pant that I can also look good in. I've worn them about a half a dozen times so far hiking peaks in CO. They do great in the wind when you're up high, and they are airy enough for when you are down low and it's warmer. I'm never cold or hot in them - just perfect! I might be getting a second pair... I haven't yet experienced them in the rain so I'm not sure how they'll hold up when they get wet. The tag says they can handle light precipitation.

I tried out the Kodachrome pants by Marmot and love them! I bought all 3 colors. They are light and dry quickly. They are flattering, but loose enough to be comfortable. Length is perfect for my height. Really happy with this purchase.

Too big, too long, and button broke

I'm 5'3" and 130lbs. I tried the size 8s and they were too big and too long, so I tried the size 6s and they were okay in waist fit, but the length was still too long for me. Also, when I was trying on the size 6s, one of the buttons on the pants leg broke off. So I'm returning both sizes and continue my hunt for pants that fit me. I'm giving them a 2 because they seem like they would be comfortable if they fit and didn't break.

I tried these on and the fit was decent, but ended up having to return them because the regular length pant left too much going under my heels that would eventually wear a big hole in them. Bought at full price, and didn't feel like paying the extra for a custom alteration. The desert khaki was also a bit darker than expected, this is definitely not a light tan/khaki pant. Still though, if they had short sizes, I would have probably kept them.
