Femto Drive Rear Light
Lezyne’s Femto Drive Rear Light is designed to live quietly on your bike until its called into action by a quickly-sinking sun or a few wrong turns. It runs on a CR2032 watch battery, and will run for up to 60 hours on flashing mode, so a couple hour-long runs home in the twilight won’t mean remembering to replace the battery.

Nice simple light
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
This is a nice simple light that is powered by a replaceable battery. I saw the other review that complained about the light pointing down and thought I could live with that. When I first put it on, it did point down. I took it off to do some maintenance and noticed a subtle bevel in the mounting surface. Flipping the light over made it level on when mounted on a seat post. So yes, this does work on a seat post but the correct orientation is not obvious.

Not meant for seat post
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
This light is not meant to be used on a seat post. Only maybe if the seat post is perfectly vertical which is not likely. Mounted to a less than vertical seat post the light will project back and down to the rear tire, not to approaching traffic etc. Avoid this light and continue shopping.
