While these pants may be comfy, you are definitely guaranteed to get wet. Every single time I have been out, even if the littlest water touches my legs, I am wet. My dry top keeps me dry...with these pants, even with neoprene booties on, I am soaked in the feet -- as well as my whole lower body. Highly recommend not purchasing.
