A dissapointment from Keen
I am a huge fan of Keen and I got all my Keen shoes with some difficulties. Therefore, I am dissapointed with my new Newport shoes. They are assimetrical and the inner insoles are very thin.

BIG KIDS NEWPORT
LOVED THEM BUT TOO SHORT, RETURNED THEM INTENDING TO REORDER A SIZE LARGER, BUT NO LUCK NOW. TOO BAD, MY LOSS!

Big Kids Newport Shoe
Fantastic! I love them...The next week i bought another pair of the Big Kids Newport sandals! Comfortable and so easy bto slip on. Goes with everything you wear too!

Only shoe my boys can't put holes in!
Huge Keen fan -- mainly for the rubber toe. Both my boys are HARD on shoes and always wear out the toe within the first week or two. Our school requires brown leather shoes and these last until they outgrow them! Keen Designers--Would love to see the Chandler shoe in a brown leather for boys!!

Roomy toe box
I have very square, short and wide feet. These shoes both fit in length and width at the same time. They are unbelievably comfortable. I used the fitting guide and was directed to get size 5, and ended up with size 3. I don't know if that means the shoes run large or if I misunderstood the fit instructions.

Great Fall Walking/Hiking shoe
Only thing I'm not delighted with is the velcro strap across the ankle. 2 prob with the strap --1) it restricts my ankles movement when sit or on some rocky terrains. 2) it like to grab the bottom of my pants,or socks & especially with knits, damages fabric. Runs wide - but I like that as it will work with multiple thickness of socks.

I love these shoes they are amazing!
The shoes are so grippy even when they are muddy. Also they are extremely light and so fun to run in. I recommend these shoes to everyone that is eight years and younger. (Written by an 8 year old boy)

Built to last
This is our first time owning Keens and this might be the first shoes ever that last my son an entire year. Look great, fit well, seem very sturdy, he loves them.

Not for wading in water!
Great and comfy for hiking or wearing to school without socks. In a little water or in rain they are fine, but my son walked through knee deep water with them and it took two days to dry!
