Love these shoes, but they
Love these shoes, but they definitely run small compared to my other keens. I would recommending sizing up!

Love the shoe but having issues with Keen
First, the shoe runs small, so order a half size up. I learned this by ordering, returning, and ordering the shoe again. When the second paid arrived they fit perfectly but do not include both sets of laces (tan and red), specifically the red laces. I reached out to ask for correction to this and rather than sending laces or making it right on keens side I’ve been told to return the shoes again and place a third order…. I really like the shoes, but placing 3 orders just to get it right (and who knows if it will arrive right) seems really wild.. also to not be offered anything for the fault on keens side is disappointing. Hopefully you get the product you ordered and all it’s parts when you order because it will be your problem if not.

Best shoes ever
These are the only shoes I wear !!! I have one foot and ankle mostly made of metal and I can hike for miles and miles wearing these in complete comfort….all with the approval of my surgeon. I wish I could resole ALL of my Keens(all 5 pair) because I would wear them forever !!!!!

why do women get horrible colorways?
why cant women get an all black jasper shoe? why must we always get these cartoonish childish colors as if adult women don't wear black? i swear you'd sell so many pairs if you stopped shrinking and pinking and gave women some reasonable adult colorways. these are great shoes but I can't bring myself to wear any of these colors on a day to day basis.

The pinkifying
Why does 1 of the 4 available women’s colors need to have hot pink? Just make an all-black version so I can look swaggy. I want to rock my suede Keens around town. Seriously, hot pink and black???

Run smaller than normal Keens
They're super cute, but run small! I usually wear a 7.5 in Keens (I've tried Terradora and Targee), but the 7.5 in this makes my toes hit on the front for some reason when I walk. Have tried different ways of lacing and it doesn't help. It makes wearing them not as comfortable, so I recommend sizing up from your Keen size (which is already a half size up from my normal size!).
