Long Lasting Shoes

We’ve purchased Chandler’s since they fit our boys. They always stood the test of time when others fell apart. I’d love to see a few more new color options with these! Thanks for making great long lasting shoes.

Great shoe

My son has torn up so many shoes. I finally bought him these keens and I wish I had bought them years ago!

Durable and Comfortable Shoe

My son loves these shoes! He typically wears out his shoes very quickly (less than three months), but this shoe is durable is the right places (front toe box, especially).

Not as durable as I expected from Keens

My oldest had a pair of Newport sandals that lasted beautifully through a rough summer - multiple weeks of camping, hiking, waterparks, beaches, and more! They held up so well and were so durable that I bought these to start the school year. After about 4 weeks, I noticed the toe piece starting to breakdown and a couple weeks later large chunks of the toe were missing. We pushed through another couple of weeks and they are falling apart on his feet. I'm so disappointed! I think we'll stick with Keen sandals!

Great shoes

My kid is tough on shoes and we've been through several pairs since pre-school (2 pairs a year). We tried many different brands and the Keen stand out in both quality and performance. They're well built, surprinsingly light and the bungee closure system is super convenient. A+ and first of many more pairs to come

Where did the quality go?

My son has been wearing this shoe blue/green one for only a few months and it is already falling apart. I’d add pictures but this site doesn’t let you. It was purchased through the keen website so I know it is authentic. Very sad to see what used to be good quality go down hill.

Great Shoe for an active boy!

These shoes are great for our extremely active 9 year old son. He wears them everyday and they seem to be the only shoe that lasts! They are durable and comfortable. Great for everyday use and hiking. Highly recommend!

Not as comfy as his older keens, kiddo says

The outer part of the shoe is fine, but the insole slips and slides inside the shoe so he ends up walking on the hard part of the inside of the shoe. He had a blue pair of keens last year with a comfy cupping insole. My kiddo keeps getting sore heels/blisters from the new insole. We may have to replace the insoles in the brand new shoes. We like keens because my kiddo has wide feet and they’re always wide enough and tough. He’s usually pretty hard on shoes, but his keens last until he outgrows them. Just wish the insole was better.
