For big backcountry missions like dropping BC pillows, sending it over Jackson treetops, and slashing Alaskan spines, we rely on the lightweight performance of the Jones Ultra Flagship Snowboard. This board lets us float effortlessly through deep powder and still provides stability when mowing through tracked-out conditions thanks to its directional shape and Directional Rocker profile. This hybrid rocker-camber profile allows us to slay highly engaged, massive turns while maintaining a poppy, lively feel.

To create this hard-charging, freeride comp-ready board, Jones utilizes the triple-density full-wood Power Core, which features bamboo stringers to increase durability, torsional stiffness, and boundless pop, ideal for sending cliffs, pillow lines, and more. Power Plates are placed strategically on both sides of the insert packs to allow us to efficiently transfer energy and enhance the board’s responsiveness, too. Fusion Carbon Construction sandwiches top and bottom tip-to-tail carbon layers along the wood core to give us extra confidence when sending technical lines where falling isn’t an option. And, in revolutionary Jones fashion, this board is crafted with their Ultra Construction.
