For basic transport only

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

For basic transport needs only this will do the job. It was fairly easy to install, though, the "universal" nature of it actually makes it a pain to get every little tweak exactly correct. I got the bike in just fine; however, when I went to undo the quick release lever to broke in half because it's plastic so now I have to use pliers to get the fork off. We took our bikes camping and so having securely placed the bikes on the racks after bouncing around a bit on a bumpy dirt road the screws loosened and one actually fell off completely. I think it would have been fine on the highway but keep that in mind if you plan to drive any offroards.
