Perfect for short run as well as running packs.
These are perfect for short runs and make it easy to collapse as you drink from them. I also use the. I’m running packs for water or tailwind when separates are needed. They collapse nicely and are pretty sturdy as well.

I use it every day
very convenient bottle, use it every day, would like a mouthpiece cap to make the bottle perfect for me. I'm adding a photo of Seeker, which is also my favorite

Strap always breaks .. love it still
I buy these every few months because the hand strap breaks. Hate that but can’t live without it so I keep buying..

Not a great bottle
As many have already pointed out, the hand cinch on this basically doesn't work at all. The image they show of the bottle completely scrunched up is totally unrealistic - even if you could get it that small, the hand cinch would never hold that in place. The bite valve is not durable at all. I've bitten multiple holes into mine, to the point where I can't squeeze the bottle too hard while holding it or water will leak out of the holes in the valve. I'm tempted to buy a replacement valve, but don't really want to give these people any more of my money.

Strap is not good
It’s a good flask, the only issue is with the strap that would simply not stay in place

Worst handcinch
Unfortunately, the adjustable strap doesn't work. For someone with a small hand, I grew aggravated with it instantaneously and was constantly trying to get it to cinch.

I don't think I am a serious enough runner for this. I don't think it is enough water for 8+ miles runs. Also, not great at the gym. I think a traditional water bottle with a "jet stream" top is best for me since I carry water bottles in a fanny pack. However, this bottle does exactly what it says it does, so hard to knock it. It just isn't for me.

Convenient running companion with a minor flaw
Everything is amazing, except the hand strap, which tends to loosen up quickly on a minor movement.
