As for the recycled part, Hurley made this short out of 12 recycled bottles. Hurley also re-engineered its Phantom Fuse 2.0 waistband with a .3mm neoprene base that offers better support and feels smooth and comfortable. Its welded construction means that there aren't any uncomfortable side-seams, and the zippered pockets are laser cut so they won't fill with water.
