    Never take your mittens off.

Whether it's for the skin track or simply answering a friend's phone call, nobody enjoys taking their ski gloves off for any reason. Not only do your fingers get numb, but taking gloves on and off is just a pain, especially if you prefer under-the-cuff gloves. Hand Out's new zipper at the back of the Pro Ski Mitten's hand solves all those problems. Simply unzip and stick your hand out of the shell so you can skin without sweaty hands. The zipper is ruggedly protective against the elements, as is the entire leather shell with its waterproof, breathable Hipora insert.

Don’t have a true extra small

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I love these gloves! They are so warm and the full-hand-our zipper function is so convenient. The problem is that I’m a normal size woman with small but very average hands and their extra small is not extra small at all. It’s about an inch too long on my fingers.
I contacted the company directly to see if I got a mid-sized pair but they said it’s standard. They recommended getting a kids xl, but they don’t have the pro version.
I thought it would be ok having larger mittens, but after skiing a few times with them and struggling to use my poles with all the excess material I think I’m going to just have to give them away.
