Atcha Inflatable Stand-Up Paddleboard

Stable enough to run white water and responsive enough to surf, the Hala Atcha SUP is designed for the river. With a wider shape and a full River Rocker, the Atcha offers maximum stability without sacrificing maneuverability, so you can punch holes and handle technical river features with ease. Whether you are a SUP beginner or a grizzled river veteran, the packability and durability of this well-constructed board let you charge downriver with confidence.

Designed with a rugged PVC drop-stitch construction, and six-inch rails this board offers burly buoyancy that easily tackles diverse waters and handles unexpected impacts. Four gummy click fins and a single Stompbox fin mean you can tackle shallow, rocky rivers worry-free with the flexible durability and retractability. This versatile and durable fin setup lets you change things up for year-round paddling in varying water levels, new locations, and even diverse paddling styles.

The larger nine foot six Atcha combined with the extra rigid inflatable construction makes an ideal board for larger paddlers or those who are looking to stomp whitewater or increase stability. The more compact, eight foot six size is recommended for smaller riders or those wanting to surf in tighter pockets.

Great River Board

I've put it through the wringer

This is the best river stand up paddle board you can buy. It's inflatable so it is very durable and you don't have to worry about the board being damaged by rocks in the river. With it stomp box technology you don't have to worry about the fin catching on a rock and jarring you into falling either. It has a rocker profile so it punches through holes and goes up and over waves with ease. It has a great secondary stability balance point so fancy footwork while running rapids will be easier. Every time Hala comes out with a new Atcha they make improvements to the design and they really did a good job with this latest model. Great job Hala!

Gold Star Standard, Best in Class

I've put it through the wringer

This board is the one. If you want to have fun going down the river on a paddleboard, you're going to want to get on a Hala Atcha. It's nimble, stable, playful, responsive, and versatile. You can catch waves, you can make last-minute moves, boof rocks, and more. The 6" deck is fantastic for stability. The padded decking is really comfy, and there are handles all over this board to make hauling it to and from the river a breeze. D-rings in handy locations for rigging, this thing has it all. The accessories are great: a high-quality pump, repair kit, and rolling travel bag make it worth the price (not to mention the 3 year warranty.)

My trusted whitewater steed

I've put it through the wringer

I love this board. I have paddled the Atcha's models for the last 5 years and they just keep getting better. Whenever I want to run whitewater, especially if I know that I want to be stable and secure, I take my Atcha 9'6". The features of the board contribute to performance on the river -- the rocker powers over waves, the foot index helps me to feel where to place my back foot when powering over holes or surfing waves, the reinforced stringer adds rigidity and board-like performance as I weight the board forward, backwards, and side-to-side with eddy turns, peel-outs, ferry-angles, and whatever else I need to do to SEND IT!
