Not 7L, by a long shot.

- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Bought these because I never ded bags slightly larger than my NRS 5L dry bags. Got these in and they are actually smaller. Haven't tried them out, as far as quality, as they do not fit the application I need. If you need a 5L bag, these are about the right size for that.
