Great help in the north eastern new york winters

I bought a couple of these for Christmas gifts, and one for me 😀 they are great, my daughter in law has chickens and it's great for going out in the dark. It's very bright and I love that it's rechargeable, and that the USB charger is attached !! No more searching for a cable!

Great emergency light.

Was given to me as a gift. Absolutely wonderful product. During this power outage in Washington state, helped immensely. The charge held up well and needed a charge after 6 hours of continuous use.

Good units, but.....

I bought two of these several years ago due to our high number of power outages in the area. Until very recently, both have operated flawlessly, providing emergency lighting when needed. A few weeks ago, I found one fully on, though still in the off position. After checking the (lack) of function of the switch (read that "always on"), I decided to replace the unit and get an extra in the process. After reading the reviews, I hope that was not a mistake! This problem pops up again, I -will- use another companies product. Shame, as I do like the construction of these.

Great light until its not

I really loved this light until it decided to turn on and not turn off or respond in anyway to the switch.

Lighthouse Core Defective!!

Mine is wacky. It won't turn off on one side and stays lighted so the battery gets drained. On/off switch does not work.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep these lanterns throughout my house in case of power outages (which we experience fairly often) they’ve come in such great handy, I don’t know what I would do without them now. The rechargeable battery on this one is a huge plus. One charge lasts us months. It’s very bright but has different brightness settings if needed.

Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The day this came in, the power went off for a few minutes in the late evening. It put off enough light to get me through. There are different runtimes for different settings. On the lowest setting it can stayed charged for 350 plus hours. It has a usb charger for long power outages so you can charge phones or whatever else. It’s also nice if you are lazy and don’t want to get up and just use it to charge your phone.

Excellent Small Lantern for Adventure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the mission at Goal Zero to empower people with a safe, connected and sustainable future. This USB rechargeable lantern is practical and useable for everyone. It can be used on any kind of trip or adventure to recharge a phone or other small USB device. It has up to 350 hours of runtime on the ultra low light setting. It charges in 5 hours to be used again. It can also simultaneously recharge and discharge. You choose how bright it gets and that determines how long the run time lasts. It is made of plastic and metal with no glass. The battery does need to be charged every 3 to 6 months to be ready to use. Then you just click it on and go.
