Best watch for ultra running
I've used the past 3 iterations of the Fenix and think this is the best watch out there for mountain adventures and ultra running. It's highly customizable, has a seamless API with other fitness tracking apps, captures a ton of data, and I've found it really accurate for both mileage and altitude/elevation. I have not put the battery through the ringer yet - the longest I've had it on in tracking mode is 15 hours. But based on the remaining power, I'm optimistic I'll get a 30+ hours at my upcoming race. A few fun things about the new version: If you have an older model, you can now transfer over all of your settings without having to manual set up the watch. And the touch screen on the 7 is neat, although not necessary. Highly recommend this watch.

Love it!
I love engaging with my fitness using the data this watch collects. It’s fun to have a partner that has their own Garmin as well :)

Great running watch
This is a good watch overall but one thing I think it needs is a flashlight like the other versions

Great Watch
I was looking for a round smartwatch that would connect seamlessly with my iPhone. This watch is great. The only thing keeping this from a 5-star review is the band. I don't like large, clunky watches, so the 7S was a great compromise, but the band was very short. One aspect of the watch I love is the color of the band (graphite) and they don't sell a longer version in this color. They do sell a black longer band, but it looks odd with the watch as it is graphite. Wanting a smaller face on a watch doesn't mean you have tiny wrists. Other than this one thing, I love the watch. I had to buy an aftermarket band that was close to the graphite color, and it worked out, but the replacement band is not a Garmin product and, as such, isn't as high-end.

Complete package
I use this watch primarily for running and was a little worried since it weighs a little more than the forerunner series of watches. I quickly adjusted to the weight and I love the longer battery life. I felt I was charging my last Garmin 3 to 4 times a week and now it is once to twice a week. I run about 6 hours a week using both GPS and music. It has a bright display and is intuitive to use. Storage is great for all my music. I feel it is sturdier than the forerunner series that I used previously. I love to look at all the extra data that I get from the Fenix 7s. I have a small wrist for a guy so the size is just right for me. Overall couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Best smart watch for serious training
I’ve owned several Garmins and other brands of smart watches. The Fenix 7 is the best of the best.

Game changer
Christmas gift. I love the data provided about sleep quality, heart data, smart features. Having never had a smart watch before the Fenix is a great addition to how I attack each day. It linked with strava and Zwift with relative ease making heart rate data available on all of my logged rides. Smart features that work with my phone include text messages, find my phone (so long as garmin connect feature is running in the background), and calendar. I plan on using the map feature once winter breaks. So far so good. I’m very pleased with this compared to what an Apple Watch provides.

Nice watch
I bought a Fenix 7S in June and it stopped working in December. This was an exchange/replacement for the previous one. It seems to be working fine except the battery doesn't seem to last as long as the other one. The watch has very nice features when it is fully working The exchange process has not been smooth
