Perfect except... sizing is off

I am a consistent US 8.5 and ordered the 39, which is described in the sizing chart as 8.5-9. The 39 were HUGE. I exchanged for the 38, which are a tiny bit snug. What's an 8.5 to do!? The boots are perfectly chic, cozy and attractive otherwise. Way too bad.

Not what I am used to with Dansko

I was looking forward to these boots. I wear almost exclusively Danskos so I knew what I could expect. The boots came and had spots on the nubuck. I thought that I could tolerate that. Then I saw the shearling. It wasn't shearling at all. It looked like mouse hair, was very scratchy and shed badly. I put the boots on and noticed something wrong with the right boot while I was putting it on. Then, I stood up. The heel on the right boot was not stable. I love Danko's, but I am not convince that these even are Danskos. Returned them.

The Betty Boot is the most comfortable boot that i ever sunk my feet in. I ordered them in black last week and purchased them in honey today. Betty is not only comfortable but she is beautiful ? as well. I love fashion and she is at the top of the list.
