I got this for Nordic skiing in Colorado. I use it for long skis in 0-28 degrees weather, and frequently encounter wind and long descents after climbing. Pros: There is enough room for layering. The hood is very helpful. It's nice to have pockets for a phone. Cons: It is not as wind proof as my previous jacket. The zippers are difficult to find and use on the pockets, less so on the front- hope they hold up. Not fond of the white accents. 5ft 5 inches 135#- I have a medium which has plenty of room for layers- 2 LS shirts, vest, thin insulated layer for use when up high or a long downhill, probably could have used a small and not been able to use the insulated layer
