Great design and usability
I am enjoying my Moda 20L a lot. It's super convenient for carrying usual stuff you'd need for a single day hike or short trip. It feels comfortable on my back, looks trendy, and trustworthy to endure tones of adventures

I was expecting a yellow color similar to the photo
I bought this suitcase because I really liked the bright yellow color that the photo showed, plus I liked the design, when my package arrived, I was disappointed because the color actually looked different, the pockets on the sides are very tight to put a large glass

Perfection!
I love my new Moda 20L Backpack. I travel with my ukulele, so I wanted a bag that can opens fully at the top and can be tightened. And the awesome back panel for my MacBook Air and iPad is icing on the cake.

Perfect day to day backpack!
Really like the size of this pack, how easy it is to load my stuff in/out with the unique cinch cord (and not having zip/unzip everytime I access the main compartment. Love the PU/water resistant coating on the majority of the pack and on the zipper seams. Functional soft but stretchy and impact resisting material for laptop sleeve and nearby pockets. Only wishes would be that rain cover was also included (top opening still has slight gap even when cinched as tight as possible). Or I think it would be helpful to have a top flap/pocket that could act as similar to a rain cover and would also add an additional level of securing the main compartment and could make this pack look even more complete. Second wish would be that the 2 external water/accessory sleeves are designed so that they expand easier and that the item doesn’t get pushed into the main compartment (i.e. if main compartment packed full, it’s really difficult to then slip a water bottle or item into the external sleeve pockets). Overall been using now for a few weeks and love this pack, how comfortable it is, and how cool it looks! Would recommend for sure and look forward to getting more Cotopaxi bags/packs for my other life adventures!

Great product, shipping situation not so good
The backpack itself is fantastic, well-made, very comfortable, the features are very well thought of For a mid price backpack that is meant to travel this is one of the best options

Great Backpack
Previously I've been using the older version of the Cusco, for roughly 6 years. Lately I've been wanting to carry gym clothes while at work and school, and it did not fit in the Cusco. But it does in the Moda! The backpack feels smaller, but I can fit so much more! It's a nice quality and I'm not worried about my laptop if it's raining outside. Overall I love it!

I purchased this for my
I purchased this for my child, but I've yet to hand it over because I like it so much. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that the I would like for it to have included a brief print-out of the features and how to use them- I'm not proud of how long it took for me to figure out the drawstring.

Almost perfect
Great bag, using as a lap top bag. Some internal pockets for charging cables and miscellaneous items would be a great addition along with a horizontal strap on the back to secure to a carryon suitcase.

Disappointed. Laptop pocket was too
Disappointed. Laptop pocket was too small for my laptop! Didn’t like the pull top closing at the top, wasn’t sure it would be secure. Returned the bag :(
