Another excellent Omni-heat item

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big fan of Columbia’s Omni-heat jackets. These are the first pants I purchased for my tween. They fit great, just a little long because she’s a little short. Totally my fault for not checking the inseam measurements. I considered returning to get the largest size for kids but decided to keep because she’ll grow into them by next winter. They are really nice!

Women's Shafer Canyon Pants

I love my new pants. I volunteer for my church food distribution which is outdoors. These pants are the true answer to a cold day!

Finally! A new pair of ski pants!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After struggling to fit into or repair all of the pairs of ski pants I own, I finally decided to purchase a new pair! I searched and searched and finally found these Columbia pants at an excellent price which are great! The material is soft but not slippery or loud when you walk. I cannot tell how warm or waterproof they are since I have not worn them in deep snow, but I am happy that they are not bulky. I always wear leggings underneath anyway, and these do allow space for that. They have a gaiter which was a requirement, but they have two snaps at the waist instead of a button. I really would have preferred a button because when a button fails, you can always fix it! Not true with snaps which was one of many problems with my older pairs of ski pants. On a positive note, the material up by the snaps seems like it would be easy to put a safety pin through in an emergency! Overall, pleased with my purchase!

Not waterproof, fabric changes color when wet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not that waterproof, extremely thin fabric that can tear easily especially when exposed to ski and boots. It feels like pants are made from comforter rather than from outdoor fabric. Size is also huge. I have several different ski pants and this medium size feels like large. Can’t say, soft to the touch but this is not what I’m looking in snow pants.

Leg openings are huge and ruin this pant.

The bottoms are far too wide even for a ski pant. I hated walking in them. I’ve never needed that much leg width for a ski boot. They look ridiculous.

Very warm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these pants for my daughter for Christmas. She recently got to wear them in about 30-degree weather in the snow and they kept her very warm. The inside liner is handy to tuck inside her boots. And she loves the color (night wave). She highly recommends.
