Sad - wrong foto, wrong item

I was very happy to finally buy a jacket for this winter, but the jacket backcountry sent me is not the one that appears in the photograph it is a wrong image item, the page has the wrong characteristics, the jacket that arrived is not the jacket I thought I was buying. I am returning it.
