Ready to tackle race day.
You've been training through the winter, banging out miles in spin class, and committed to every lap in the pool, and you're feeling ready to enter your first Triathlon. As you start counting down your days to the starting line, deck yourself out with a top that's ready for the tri, too, like the Castelli Core 2 Singlet for Women. This sleek and breathable top is perfect for entry-level races, and incorporates every bit of unexpected innovation that the Italian manufacturer has become known for, but without the top-tier tax levied for the "premium" kit.
The build begins with aerodynamic Tempo 3 material, which is lightweight, breathable, and high-stretch. It dries fast as you transition into the bike leg and provides a non-stifling fit for the swim and run. The Core 2 Singlet also incorporates Castelli's ingenious Speed Hooks, which create a rear connection point between the compatible shorts and the Core jersey. This connection makes for a clean transition from jersey to shorts for a more aerodynamic fit on the bike and guaranteed coverage on the run.
Finally, the jersey also includes the Free pocket design, which incorporates two pockets with side openings at the tops. The openings themselves may seem small, but that's only compared to the pockets' oversized capacity. They actually carry more cargo than a typical three-pocket road jersey, insuring against hunger knocks during your run. The Free design also eliminates the open-to-the-wind, parachute construction of traditional jersey pockets.

- Q & A
Cuuuuute! and Comfortable
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
This top is very cute and the colors look great in pictures. It fits true to size. I'm a large, ordered a large, fits perfect. it does ride up when running and cycling, but I haven't found a singlet top that doesn't. I've worn it twice. Once during a training brick run - 40 mile bike, 5 mile run. And again during a half Ironman. I had chafing under my arms, but I didn't use any lube. Great top! Would buy again!!
