Wheel makes it easier to
Wheel makes it easier to pull the Coho trailer on rooty trails and off road in general. Nice to not have to change the tire, just swap out the whole wheel.

Good for urban use
Wheel is easy to install. It works great for rough roads. I does a good job of soaking up bumps and potholes. Don't feel any difference pulling the trailer.

Time will tell
I have not had the ability to use/test the wheel too much since the purchase. I plan on using it during the winter in the snow. Fortunately we've been unseasonable warm without anything more than a flurry. The wheel came well packaged and I'm sure will function well when I put it in service.

Good offroad upgrade
I beat up the 16+ wheel kit going over lots of scree and things the trailer wasn't designed for and it held up well. Only complaint is the odd tube size (16x3) is hard to find locally, do yourself a favor and order a spare when you buy the kit.
