Excellent trail running shoe

It’s my go to trail running shoe. I use it for low mileage days. Love the traction and support it provides. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Love my new Cascadia 16s!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Cascadia 16 cross trainers. They fit my feet like a glove and feel really supportive. The elevated heel also helps with both speed and momentum. I’ve been wearing them frequently and there are no signs of wear after almost a month.

Too hard underfoot
I found this show to be quite hard under my foot. There could be a bit of cushion. My right arch hurts now because it is a hard strike when walking.

Brookes all the way

Great grip for bush tracks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the extra grip, I decided to try the Cascadia after all the rain we have been having and bush tracks are really slippery. While only use for walking rather than running the tracks I find supper comfy and supportive. My go to shoe when not wearing my Ghost
