Suede busted

The shoes looked great and fit well. I wore em to dinner twice. The suede split an inch at the edge of the shoe. I got them half off but 130 is still a lot to pay for a product that breaks that easily. Not enough reviews to see if poor suede is a commonality or if it was a one off. Future purchasing of that brand or other, smaller brands depends on how my return will be handled at backcountry.
